Seven Trees Charter
When this community was conceived, seven trees were chosen as symbols of the kind of students who would live and grow here. Each tree represents a way of becoming; rooted in belonging, guided by learning and lifted by aspiration. Together, they form a living forest: different in form, united in purpose. These blocks are named not merely for trees, but for the virtues they embody, so that every student who resides here may belong, aspire, and become.

A Community That Grows Together
Students who live at The Waterbrooks become part of a community that values curiosity, responsibility and mutual respect.
Over time, residents develop friendships, exchange ideas and build networks that extend far beyond their years at the university.
For many students, the residence becomes one of the defining experiences of their academic journey.
At The Waterbrooks, students do not simply occupy a room.
They join a community where learning, belonging and personal growth unfold together.
