These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the application process for Waterbrooks (“Waterbrooks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By submitting an application to Waterbrooks, the applicant (“you”, “your”, or “applicant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application unless otherwise stated.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Waterbrooks reserves the right to verify eligibility and supporting documents at any stage of the application process.

2. Application Submission

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, allocation, admission, or selection.
• Waterbrooks reserves the sole discretion to approve, decline, suspend, or withdraw any application without obligation to provide reasons.Incomplete or improperly submitted applications may be rejected.

3. Application Fees (If Applicable)

• Any application fee paid is non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Waterbrooks.
• Payment of an application fee does not guarantee approval.
• Waterbrooks shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the applicant.

4. Documentation and Verification

• Applicants may be required to submit identification, financial, or other supporting documents.
• Waterbrooks reserves the right to verify documents through third parties where necessary.
• Submission of false, misleading, or forged documents will result in automatic disqualification and may attract legal action.

5. Review and Decision Process

• Applications are reviewed based on Waterbrooks’ internal criteria and policies.
• Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary.
• Waterbrooks shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors, system issues, or incomplete submissions.

6. Communication

• All official communication will be made via the contact details provided by the applicant.
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and active.
• Waterbrooks shall not be responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or inactive contact information.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal information provided during the application process will be used solely for lawful purposes related to the application.
• Waterbrooks will take reasonable steps to protect applicant data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDP Act 2023).
• By applying, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for application-related purposes.

8. Withdrawal and Disqualification

• Waterbrooks reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an application at any time if:
  i. False information is discovered
  ii. Terms are breached
  iii. Eligibility requirements are no longer met
• Applicants may withdraw their application by written notice, subject to applicable fee policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Waterbrooks shall not be liable for:
  i. Loss of opportunity
  ii. Financial loss
  iii. Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the application process.
• Participation in the application process is at the applicant’s own risk.

10. Amendments

• Waterbrooks reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in the application process constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Acceptance

By submitting an application to Waterbrooks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
